About
Software for a business that runs on full rooms.
Firespark is built by Allais Labs, an Irish software company. We spend our time inside sauna operations rather than adjacent to them, which is why the product counts seats instead of appointments and why the console is designed for someone standing at a counter.
Why saunas
A narrow product beats a general one.
Generic booking tools treat a sauna like a hairdresser: one customer, one slot, one chair. A sauna sells seats in a shared room on a fired stove with a fixed cost per session. Every part of that is different, and the difference is where the money is.
What Firespark counts. Not slots, not appointments.
Where every piece of customer data lives.
Number of versions of the product. Yours is everybody's.
Where it is built and who it is built for first.
How we work
Four things we will not trade away.
Short list, and it is the list we actually argue about.
One product, everybody gets it
We do not fork the codebase for a customer. A feature one sauna needs either belongs in the product for all of them or it does not get built. That is what keeps the price honest and the software maintainable.
Your money is your money
You stay merchant of record. Funds settle to your account, not ours, and we never sit between you and your takings. Plenty of platforms do the opposite and it is worth asking them why.
Say what is not built
The product pages name the things that do not exist yet, like an accounts-package connector. It is a shorter sales conversation and nobody feels sold to six weeks in.
Boring where it counts
Capacity is decided inside a database transaction, not a cache. Money paths get tested harder than anything else. The interesting engineering goes where a mistake costs somebody a booking.

Who you are contracting with.

hello@firespark.ie
Allais Labsis the supplier named on every Firespark quotation, invoice and contract, and the data controller for our own business records. For your customers’ personal data we act as processor and you remain the controller. That split is set out in full in the data processing agreement.
See it running against your own schedule.
Thirty minutes, screen shared, your prices and your sessions loaded in. If it is not a fit we will say so.
