Acceptable use policy

1. What the platform is for

Running a sauna or comparable wellness business: taking bookings, taking payment, holding customer records and reporting on your own trade. Anything reasonably part of that is fine.

2. What you must not do

• Break the law, or use the platform to help someone else break it.
• Send marketing to people who have not consented, or ignore an opt-out. The platform records consent state and you are expected to respect it.
• Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, or put special category data such as health information into free-text fields without telling your customers and having a basis for it.
• Try to access another customer’s data, or test whether you can.
• Scan, probe or load-test production without written permission. Ask us and we will arrange it.
• Resell or sublicense the platform, or give access to a business that is not yours.
• Reverse engineer the platform, or scrape it in bulk.
• Use it to store material that is unlawful, or content unrelated to running your business.
• Deliberately place load on the service that degrades it for other customers.

3. Fair use

There are no hard caps on bookings, customers or messages. We reserve the right to talk to you if usage is wildly outside anything a sauna business generates, which in practice means automated abuse rather than a good summer.

4. If something goes wrong

Our first step is to contact you. We only suspend an account without notice where there is a live risk to other customers, to the platform, or to personal data. If we do suspend, we tell you why the same day and what needs to happen to restore it.

Repeated or serious breaches are grounds for termination under the terms of service.
