Pricing questions
- Why is year one higher than the months after it?
- Year one includes setup, migrating your schedule and customer records off whatever you are on now, and training your staff. That work is bundled into the licence rather than billed separately, which keeps the whole thing on one subscription line.
- Is the year one figure a build fee?
- No. Firespark is one product, already built, sold to every customer on the same published terms. You are subscribing to it. Nothing is developed to order, which is exactly why it qualifies for a Grow Digital Voucher when commissioned software does not.
- What is not included in the price?
- Card processing charged by your payment provider, and the 3% booking fee. Both are shown separately on your quotation and neither is grant eligible.
- Can I pay monthly in year one?
- The published price is for the twelve-month licence paid on signature, which is also the cleanest thing to put in front of a Local Enterprise Office. If cash flow is the problem, talk to us before you sign rather than after.
- What happens in year two?
- The continuing subscription carries on at €500 a month. There is no second year one charge and no renewal uplift written into the terms.
- Can I leave?
- At the end of the twelve-month term with thirty days' notice. Export your bookings, customers and payments in CSV on the way out, at no charge.
