Firespark

Operations console

Run the day without opening a spreadsheet.

The bit nobody demos. Where you actually spend your Saturday: checking people in, moving a session, taking a walk-in, working out who did not show.

  • Arrivals and one-tap check-in
  • Walk-ins on the same schedule
  • Staff roles and permissions
  • Customer records with consent

Today

The screen you leave open.

Bookings, seats filled, takings and the two or three things that genuinely need you. Everything else stays out of the way.

Before you open

Tomorrow's arrivals, tonight's takings and anything that needs a decision, on one screen. No report to run.

During service

Check guests in with a tap, take a walk-in payment, move somebody to a later session when they turn up late.

After close

No-shows flagged, refunds issued, the day reconciled. Export whenever your accountant asks.

Schedule

Change the week without breaking the bookings in it.

Close a day, add a session, drop capacity for maintenance. Firespark protects every seat somebody has already paid for.

Additive by default
Regenerating a schedule adds new sessions and leaves existing ones alone. A booked seat can never be orphaned by a schedule change.
Everyone sees the same thing
Your website, your front desk and your staff all read one schedule. There is no second copy to fall out of step.
Blocks, not guesswork
Maintenance, staff training, a private event. Block the time and it stops selling immediately.

FAQ

Running it day to day

Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and that is the point. The console is built for someone standing at a counter with a queue, not for someone sitting at a desk. Check-ins, walk-ins and payments all work one-handed.
Can I give staff limited access?
Yes. Staff can run the day, see arrivals and take payments without seeing revenue reporting, customer exports or billing. Owners see everything.
What does the customer record hold?
Visit history, spend, membership or credit balance, notes your team adds, and their marketing consent state. You can export it or delete it on request, which is what GDPR requires you to be able to do.
Can I run more than one location?
On the Forge plan, up to five sites sit on one account with a location switcher, shared customer records and cross-site reporting. Ember is a single location.
What if the internet goes down at the sauna?
Bookings taken online keep working, because they never touched your building. For the counter, keep the arrivals list open on the phone before service starts. We are honest about this: it is a cloud product and it needs a connection.

See it running against your own schedule.

Thirty minutes, screen shared, your prices and your sessions loaded in. If it is not a fit we will say so.
